'You will not need to 'root' the device you're monitoring. Some monitoring services require this, but it would void your warranty and possibly render the device itself useless. All communication that passes through the device will be logged. The software will not record phone calls, as that would constitute an illegal wiretap. 4How long does it take for recorded data to display in my account?
WebWatcher for Mac records activity in near real time. Recorded data is uploaded to your secure online account as soon as it becomes available.

We highly recommend adding the Backup Insurance to your purchase as it will keep a copy in your secure online account in case you need to re-install for any reason.
Your Order Confirmation will include a link to your secure online account with the username and password you set up at the time of purchase. WebWatcher uses 128-bit encryption guaranteeing the safety and security of the recorded activity. As the authorized account holder, only you will have access to the recorded activity.
YES - You can set up alerts to notify you any time you want whenever keywords or websites are detected on screen or typed.
We also recommend purchasing the e-Notify add-on. With this add-on, you can receive all recorded data hourly, daily or weekly via an email sent to your inbox.
9If I want to monitor more than one device, do I need to buy another license?
YES - An individual license is required for every device (computer or phone) that you are authorized to monitor. Volume discounts are available on orders of 3 or more licenses.
After purchasing multiple licenses, recorded data for all can be viewed together in the same secure online account.
