Hi I got a quick question. Is there any way i can change the background color and the text color within my compiler of dev-c++. I'm not trying to change the color of the output when I run the program, I'm talking about the actual code itself and its compiler.
How to Set Background Color with HTML and CSS. First thing you should know is that there are different types of HTML colors, such as Hex color codes, HTML color names, RGB and RGBa values, HSL colors, etc.To choose your preferred color use our Color Tools. In this snippet, you can find many different ways of adding a background color. Hey guys, I'm very new to CSS, so please excuse if my question is a bit elementary. I'm busy with laying out a fictitious website, just for learning layout and positioning. What I want to do, is. To use the textbackground function all you need to do is before printing any text call this function with a parameter defining the color in capital letters. That will be enough to change the background color of the text. Now, if you want your text to blink then while calling the textcolor function pass the color and also say BLINK. A static control, or an edit control that is read-only or disabled, sends the WMCTLCOLORSTATIC message to its parent window when the control is about to be drawn. By responding to this message, the parent window can use the specified device context handle to set the text and background colors of the static control.
I'm using Dev-C++ 4.9.9.2

Note: When using the opacity
property to add transparency to the background of an element, all of its child elements inherit the same transparency. This can make the text inside a fully transparent element hard to read.
If you do not want to apply opacity to child elements, like in our example above, use RGBA color values. The following example sets the opacity for the background color and not the text:
You learned from our CSS Colors Chapter, that you can use RGB as a color value. In addition to RGB, you can use an RGB color value with an alpha channel (RGBA) - which specifies the opacity for a color.
An RGBA color value is specified with: rgba(red, green, blue, alpha). The alpha parameter is a number between 0.0 (fully transparent) and 1.0 (fully opaque).
Tip: You will learn more about RGBA Colors in our CSS Colors Chapter.
