This is a fresh query. I just add the Digital Wave Player update and the bit Windows drivers and finally it works on Windows 7!! So extracted the files using 7-zip from the VNSeries64Driver. He is a lifelong computer geek and loves everything related to computers, software, and new technology. My only complaint is that propriety software is necessary to move the files from the recorders to a computer.
